josh showed up well prepared and ready to do the job. it was obvious he is well qualified and did a great job. he explained what he was doing. he was careful going thru living area and kept things clean. he cleaned when done. the new shower looks wonderful. highly recomend him. he explained how new shower works. would hire him again. deserves a bonus.

A Job Well Done

Our experience was great. Glen was the installer and he did an excellent job. He arrived on time and worked straight through until he was finished. He was extremely knowledgeable and contentious about his work. When he finished the shower looked amazing. I would definitely recommend this company

excellent service
We signed our contract in late August, after having a thorough and helpful walk thru of all of our options and plans. We were converting a bathtub into a walk-in shower and must say we are extremely pleased. From day one when Glenn arrived right on time until Glenn finished the job 9 days later...allowing days in between for the inspections. , Glenn was always on time, polite and friendly, cleaned up each day before he left and did a fantastic job. We would definitely recommend Bath Solutions and Glenn to anyone for quality work.
Poor Coordination, Excellent Product & Installatio
We are winter residents who wanted a bath redone and a master bathroom shower redone. We wanted the work to be started at the end of October and met with Maureen in April. Maureen was very helpful and professional. We signed two contracts, one for each bathroom. In August we confirmed everything with Maureen and sh assured us we were all set. Glenn showed up promptly as scheduled on day one to do the guest bathroom. Unfortunately the person who loaded his truck didn’t put all of the correct materials on the truck for the job. Glenn almost finished the first bathroom the first day. The second day he had what he needed to finish the first bathroom and promptly started the master bathroom. Just as the previous day he didn’t have everything he needed for the job. On day 3 he had almost everything, but they gave him the wrong shower head. A coworker drove it out here. Glenn almost finished, but he didn’t have enough trim on his truck, so he said either himself or one of the other guys would come to finish. Three days later. Nothing. We called the office and they sent two guys out to finish the job. The product and workmanship are outstanding. Coordination not so much. The last piece of the job was to have the glass person (a different company) come out to measure and provide a quote. On multiple occasions Maureen assured us she would coordinate this part of the process. She didn’t and gave us a different story each day. I would not work with Maureen again!
